Each employee undergoes a complete background check and pre-employment drug screening process. Each potential candidate undergoes a series of interviews, conducted by two different office staff employees at two different times. 7. Do you check on your employees after they are trained?
Yes, we have a quality control manager who goes from job to job checking not only the performance of our employees, but also checking the supplies. Most importantly, our quality control manger checks the condition of the building.

8. What is your policy on theft by one of your employees?
Theft is grounds for immediate dismissal. All the years A&B carpet care systems. has been in business, this has not been a problem. Should a theft occur, A&B carpet care systems. will cooperate fully with the customer and the authorities. We run a State background check on all employees hired, as well as random drug screening.
